The Garden House at Look Park is the perfect place to hold your next conference or meeting. Our 2300 square foot main room has been the site for very successful meetings, retreats and conferences. Our clients range from The Yankee Candle Company, Smith College and the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. We specialize in one and multi day events. The best part of your meeting will be the 160 acres you offer as a break out area. Enjoy the rest of our park for team building exercises, staff wellness activities or even just some good old fashion fresh air.
Our suggested caterers all have excellent reputations in both social and corporate catering. We offer a complimentary Podium and Microphone, along with a six foot screen for you Audio Visual needs. We have also worked with various companies that can handle more technical needs. The Garden House carries a liquor license and after your meeting we are able to run a cash or host bar at no additional cost. We also offer a 12X15 private suite that is perfect for a media room or small breakout area.
The Garden House can seat 170 banquet style using 5 foot round tables. Without tables we can accommodate 190 theatre style. Need a U-shape classroom style; our room can hold up to 75 with this style.
