The full time maintenance staff consists of 5 personnel including, Tim Kostek, Mark Rhodes, Richard Costello, Scott Vishaway and Eric Williams, 5 Seasonal Part time employees and 12 youth summer employees.

The Maintenance Department’s biggest challenge at the Park is trying to keep the grounds looking the best they can for the 500,000 visitors that enjoy the Park each year. We have a very dedicated staff that all pride themselves on seeing the enjoyment our patrons experience at the Park and keeping the Park safe and clean.

A recent collaboration with Safeground organics started the Park on a path to Organic Lawn Care! This has resulted in a lower dependency on synthetic chemicals! We conduct all our own Horticulture and Forestry at park. We have recently started a Memorial Tree Program to replace our Memorial Bench Program. In addition to our staff maintaining the Park, Smith Vocational school has been using our facility as an arboretum for its forestry students!

The Park staff takes great pride in the fact that it builds, maintains , sets up and put’s away both the Halloween and the Winter Wonderland Lights Displays  each year. The maintenance staff is very diversified crew with an exceptional array of talent. All of the Maintenance Staff continually work hard to make Look Park a beautiful place of recreation and leisure for everyon in the Pioneer Valley.

The Staff also prides itself on maintaining, setting up and cleaning of our beautiful Garden House banquet facility along with our many outdoor Pavilions, Picnic Sites, and our very special Party tent.
