Host An Event

Our party tent is located in a lovely shaded section of our large playground. It is within easy walking distance to the spray park as well as the restrooms.

The tent sits on a cement slab with 4 picnic tables and 1 grill; the seating capacity is 30 people.

If you would like to purchase our attraction bracelets for your guests, we offer them at a rate of $20.00 per person. The rental fee for the tent is $250.00 on Weekends and $150.00 on Weekdays. Payment is due in full at the time that you make your reservation.

The party tent is available to book seasonally until Columbus Day Weekend.

We offer attraction passes for $20 per person that will let them take advantage of all that the Park has to offer all day!

 We also offer $16 for groups of 100 or more and $18 for groups of 50 or more.

Look Park is an excellent venue for company outings and employee picnics! We host a number of events like this each year and are flexible to accommodate the needs of each individual company. We have hosted groups from 50 people up to 1,000!

In the Park, you can enjoy mini-golf, pedal boats, steamer train, water spray park, Christenson Wildlife Center, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and softball fields!

Rent out picnic tables, a pavilion, or a whole section of the Park!

Look Park offers an activity-filled field trip for students and campers. While in the Park, you can enjoy: mini-golf, pedal boats, steamer train, water spray park, Christenson Wildlife Center,  sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and softball fields. Your group can also cook out at one of our scenic picnic sites!

The All-in-One Discount allows groups to pay $15 per person for an attraction bracelet, a savings of $5 off the regular price. The bracelet entitles the wearer to unlimited rides on all the attractions until closing. Receive one free chaperone bracelet  for each 10 bracelets purchased! This special offer includes the use of picnic tables to accommodate your group. The bracelets may be picked up, with your picnic table permit, at the Visitor Center the day of your event.

-Half of the total cost of your booking is due at the time of booking.. This down payment is necessary to hold your reservation. The remainder is due by the day of the event.

-We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash/check.

-If weather does not cooperate, don’t stress! We can reschedule your reservation. If you choose to cancel your event, however, the park will retain the down payment and refund the remainder.

-Please follow the rules and regulations of the Park.

Look Park is a great venue to hold your fundraiser, 5k or more! We work with you to make your event the best it can be! Whether you chose to use a pavilion or the Garden House, Look Park is the preferred location for a large number of fundraisers and non-profit events in Western Mass!
